Wild Greens Fire Cider


Makes 15oz

a seasonal, highly concentrated, springtime tonic for vitality and immunity in this most buoyant of times // inspired by Rosemary Gladstar's Fire Cider, now with feral, local, ass-fiery seasonal greens to get things *Moving*!

6oz assorted spicy greens - these ABOUND in springtime. In our garden we have watercress, nastertium, arugula, mustard, cleavers, radish

3.5oz the white part of wild spring onions

8oz apple cider vinegar

8 cloves garlic

0.5oz ginger

1/4t Aleppo chili flakes

Blend this all in a high speed blender for a minute or so till it's creamy. Transfer to a jar and let sit in the fridge for a few days to infuse. Strain through a nut milk bag and bottle it up. The ACV is now diluted to half concentration & its preservative capacity as a medium isn't as strong, so store it in the fridge. Drink *diluted* - the potency may be overwhelming if had straight.
